Request Account & Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Cherry Inspect account and associated personal data at any time. Follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@drivecherry.com from the email address associated with your Cherry Inspect account.
  2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
  3. Include your full name, the email address tied to your account, and (if applicable) the store or franchise location you work with.
  4. Our team will verify ownership of the account and confirm receipt within 3 business days.
  5. Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.

What is deleted vs. retained

Deleted
  • Account profile (name, email, phone, photo)
  • Login credentials
  • User preferences and in-app settings
  • Personally identifiable usage analytics
Retained
  • Vehicle inspection records and service history (owned by the franchise / business customer, not the individual user)
  • Anonymized, aggregated usage data used for product analytics
  • Records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal compliance — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable law
  • Backup copies, which are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle
